The VFD-650 is a sleek and modern pole display designed for a wide variety of Point of Sale and Hospitality applications. It features a 2 line by 20 character backlit vacuum fluorescent display making it very clear and simple to read even in very bright conditions.
The interface is RS232C Serial with a pass-through function allowing connection of the display plus a second Serial device (such as a printer) on just one port. Moving promotional messages and information can be programmed into the display for when the EPoS system is not in use. The VFD-650 features ESC/POS emulation which makes it simple to integrate into most EPoS applications. The display can be adjusted for angle and is supplied complete with interface cable and mains PSU.
