The programmable keyboard range offer unit ranging in size from 40 to 102 keys which are fully programmable with the option of a combined Qwerty and programmable version.

All units are supplied with Windows based software for configuration of the keys and printing of the keycap legends. Options on all units include an in built keyboard wedge interface and magnetic stripe reader. Programmable keys can normally be programmed for up to 8 "levels" of function selectable by either the multi position keylock or via hotkeys.

Magnetic cards can store sufficient data on either hico or loco magnetic tracks to be used for loyalty, membership and access control applications. However, smart cards can store considerably more data and are more secure, making them ideal for electronic purse or loyalty applications where a value is stored on the card.
