The Citizen CMP20 prints on 2-inch wide thermal receipt paper. All models feature USB and Serial interfaces as standard with the option of Bluetooth® and Wireless LAN interfaces. A Magnetic Stripe Card Reader (MCR) and Smart Card Reader (or IC card reader) are options.

For protection, the Citizen CMP20 has a strong rubber molding wrapped about the high-impact case to give both durability and reliability. The easy-to-use drop-in paper loading system means their is no fiddling with loading rolls of media. Drop in the media and close the lid on the leading edge of the paper and its done!

The Citizen CMP-20 is lightweight and small enough to be worn all day using the belt clip or shoulder strap accessories and the high-capacity battery allows for a full day of printing.
